A unique herringbone pattern maintains the steel's structural integrity and provides excellent visibility. CROSS GUARD is compatible with Cross Tread STEEL 1500®, STEEL 750®, RENEGADE®, AND RENEGADE XT® model racks. Finished with a double powder coated high gloss black finish, it comes in two sizes to fit full and mini size pickup.CROSS GUARD MODEL #'S 89002 AND 89012 are sold in a single retail packaged box and are sold either with Cross Tread Truck Rack or purchased later on and integrated with a pre existing CT truck rack.89002 fits FULL SIZE trucks and 89012 fits MINI SIZE TRUCKS.
The CROSS GUARD STAND ALONE version is exactly that... a free standing model that mounts directly to the truck bed rail. It is also made from 3/16" Diamond Floor Plate Steel and has the same high gloss powder coat finish. It features adjustable ears which telescope from approximately 42" to 75" for hauling wider loads or incorporating CROSS GUARD with a MOONLIGHTER® removable rack.
The STAND ALONE VERSION (MODELS 89902 & 89912) requires a Mounting Kit shipped in a separate box.
